Join Polar Tours on an atmospheric evening trip into the darkness, just north of the Arctic Circle, and experience the magical Northern Lights as they can be seen in Bodø.
The tour starts at 20:00 from Bodø Tourist Information in the city center. Departure time may be slightly adjusted based on the evening's Northern Lights forecast.
On the bus, you'll receive an introduction to the Northern Lights phenomenon – how it occurs and why it dances across the night sky right here. The guiding includes both images and storytelling to give you a thorough and engaging understanding.
Upon arrival at the evening’s observation spot, hot drinks and light snacks will be served. The Northern Lights often appear early, but we plan to return to Bodø around 23:30.
To ensure a good experience, it’s important to dress warmly – proper footwear and warm clothing are essential, as we’ll be spending time outdoors in a cold climate.
